Each member family is assigned a single email account used for check-in and account management. For detailed check-in guidance, please refer to the check-in instructions. If you do not see check-in events below, you must first log in using your family's assigned cabana email account.
All visiting members must present a valid QR code each day to gain entry. QR codes are generated uniquely for each member family on a daily basis and must not be shared. Any invalid or duplicated QR codes will be flagged by our system.
Misuse of the check-in process may result in suspension or termination of membership.
