The BoardThe operational strength of the Almaden Cabana Club is rooted in the spirit of volunteerism demonstrated by our members. One of our club’s defining strengths is the willingness of members to actively participate in its operations and management. There are several ways to get involved and support the cabana: Directors Coordinators Volunteers If you are interested in taking a more active role in managing the club, we encourage you to consider running for a Director position. This provides an opportunity to contribute at the board level with both a voice and a vote. The Board consists of a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and six At-Large Directors. All positions are elected annually at the cabana club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is open to all members. A high-level overview of the Board’s responsibilities is available here. All HOA dues, including any applicable transfer fees, must be paid in full prior to membership transfer.
