The Board

The operational strength of the Almaden Cabana Club is rooted in the spirit of volunteerism demonstrated by our members. One of our club’s defining strengths is the willingness of members to actively participate in its operations and management.

There are several ways to get involved and support the cabana:

Directors
Provide overall leadership, annual planning, and ongoing oversight of club operations.

Coordinators
Manage key operational areas and help organize and deliver events for the membership.

Volunteers
Assist with preparing the club for opening day and help maintain the facility throughout the season.

If you are interested in taking a more active role in managing the club, we encourage you to consider running for a Director position. This provides an opportunity to contribute at the board level with both a voice and a vote.

The Board consists of a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and six At-Large Directors. All positions are elected annually at the cabana club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is open to all members.

For Real Estate Agents

If you are closing on a property within the cabana club HOA boundaries, please contact the Treasurer and Bookkeeper for guidance. All HOA dues, including any applicable transfer fees, must be paid in full prior to membership transfer. Please refer to the contact links provided for the appropriate board members.
